Booking Terms & Conditions

For all courses, trainings and programmes:

Payment & Course Booking
Full payment for all courses & programmes must be received prior to commencement  either in full or under any instalments agreed under our interest free payment plan.
Your place on any course or programme will only be secured once payment has been made.

Transfers to Other Courses or Dates
Requests for transfers must be made prior to the original course commencement date. No charge will be made in such circumstances.

Cancellations
Any cancellations made prior to course commencement will be charged an administration fee of 15%. No refunds will be made in respect of cancellation or non attendance thereafter.

Booking Discounts
A very generous booking discount is allowed on the Master Practitioner Programme for booking three course modules together and also in certain other situations.
This discount is strictly conditional upon timely payments being made either in full or under any instalments agreed under our interest free payment plan
Cancellation of any course or modules in the booking will result in the discount being lost and reverting to full price.
